Salary: P55,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Mandatory:Minimum 3+ years of experience in Australian Digital Marketing agency.
• Mandatory:Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or multimedia design.
• Mandatory: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Mandatory: Skilled in Figma for website and digital UI design.
• Mandatory: Experience in video editing using Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, or similar tools.
• Mandatory: Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and multimedia work.
• Proficient understanding of design principles, typography, and visual communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to present design concepts clearly.
• A proactive, creative problem-solver with high attention to detail and a growth mindset.
  
  

What will you do?

• Creative Design & Concept Development
• Translate design briefs and marketing objectives into effective visual concepts.
• Develop brand identities, logo concepts, and full branding systems.
• Create visually engaging assets for websites, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Design email templates, infographics, social media content, and multimedia assets.
• Ensure design consistency across all client touchpoints.
  

Website & Digital Design

• Create website layouts, wireframes, mock-ups, and UI elements using Figma.
• Ensure designs follow best practices for UX, UI, and responsive design.
• Collaborate with developers and internal teams to ensure accurate execution of website designs.
  
  

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit and produce marketing videos using Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Camtasia.
• Create animated graphics, transitions, and motion elements as needed.
• Manage raw footage, audio syncing, color grading, and post‑production workflows.
  
  

Collaboration & Client Interaction

• Join selected client meetings with Account Managers to discuss design concepts, progress, and creative decisions.
• Work closely with marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Maintain positive working relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

Workflow & Project Management

• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Maintain organized design files, templates, and version histories.
• Stay up to date with current design trends, digital best practices, and emerging tools.
• Support ad hoc creative tasks as needed.
