Graphic Designer AU Manufacturing Hybrid

Salary: P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Mandatory: 3 - 5 years of experience in graphic design roles within AU/US markets.
• Mandatory: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Mandatory: Provide a link to past work via an online portfolio.
• Experience in a commercial, industrial, or B2B environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of print production processes and creation of digital assets.
• Experience liaising with external suppliers and managing design files.
  
  

What will you do?

• Creative Design & Asset Production
• Design and produce high-quality print and digital assets, including catalogues, brochures, flyers, datasheets, POS material, social media graphics, EDMs, and website banners.
• Translate creative briefs and commercial objectives into effective visual communication.
• Proofread and check content for accuracy, including product information, specifications, and branding.
  

Brand Consistency & Visual Standards

• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Suggest improvements to design quality, marketing collateral, and visual communication.
  
  

Print Production & Supplier Coordination

• Prepare artwork for print and digital use, ensuring correct specs, layouts, color management, and pre-press requirements.
• Liaise with external printers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  
  

Collaboration & Workflow Management

• Work closely with the Marketing team and internal stakeholders to understand creative briefs and project requirements.
• Maintain templates, artwork libraries, and version control.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring projects meet timelines, quality, and business expectations.
• Support ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
