Salary: P50,000 - 70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • 2-3 years related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of aluminium window and door systems (Vantage, Elevate, ThermalHEART preferred).
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings, schedules, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and quoting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client and internal interactions.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritise workflow and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
  • Comfortable navigating digital quoting systems.


  • What will you do?

    • Accurately complete quote requests and take-offs from mechanical drawings.
    • Liaise with the managing director on project specifications as required.
    • Use Plandroid to create system designs for ducted systems and VRF/V bulkhead systems.
    • Enter and manage data in SimPRO, VQuote, and other internal systems.
    • Identify and flag material or labor variances against allowances.
    • Support engineering tasks, including duct/material calculations and layout checks.
    • Assist in completing estimations for new builds and ongoing projects.
    • Review and interpret tender documents, drawings, schedules, and other project information.
    • Identify discrepancies between schedules and energy reports (performance values, acoustic ratings, wind ratings).
    • Recommend solutions that balance client needs, performance requirements, and project specifications.
    • Source supplier quotes and integrate pricing into final quotations.
    • Conduct client follow-ups and maintain relationships with builders, architects, and clients.
    • Review, update, and verify tender or quote details to align with client requirements.
    • Handle inbound inquiries and assist the sales team with issue resolution.
    • Collaborate internally to communicate project updates and provide minor IT support or document creation as needed.
