Deep Senior IT Leadership Experience
- 10+ years leading in IT, hardware/software, professional services, or BPO/shared services environments.
- Comfortable building and scaling complex, multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Proven track record in agile, semi‑start‑up, or transformation-heavy environments.
- Strong Commercial & Financial Acumen
- Can manage P&L‑like responsibilities, optimize resources, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Understands market trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities in the PH tech ecosystem.
- Executive Presence & Stakeholder Influence
- Confident representing the PH business to C‑suite and global SVP-level stakeholders.
- Skilled at building trust with partners, clients, regulators, and internal leaders across geographies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership Strength
- Can connect HR, operations, finance, technology, and shared services into one cohesive strategy.
- Adept at creating alignment across global and local teams.
