Revenue and product growth through multiple channels.
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure optimal results.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Analyse sales data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Commercial General Manager / Sales SVP should have:
A strong background in B2C - ideally a consumer goods background with B2B exposure.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
