Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end operations of a manufacturing plant, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and production performance
- Drive engineering-led operational excellence, improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and optimizing plant utilisation
- Take full ownership of P&L performance, including cost control, margin improvement, and delivery of business targets
- Oversee technical, engineering, and maintenance functions, ensuring reliability and scalability of operations
- Identify and implement process and performance improvements across all areas of the plant
- Partner with commercial teams to align production capabilities with customer demand and business growth
- Build and develop a high-performing operations and engineering team, with a strong focus on capability and leadership development
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance
A Successful Candidate For This C-Suite Role Should Have
- Proven experience leading a manufacturing plant or large-scale production operations
- Strong background in engineering, technical operations, or process-driven manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated track record in driving operational excellence and improving plant performance
- Experience managing P&L, cost structures, and operational efficiency
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
- Strong leadership capability, with experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Worked in a Multinational Company
