Language Proficiency: Must be Trilingual. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Tagalog (verbal and written).
Educational Background: Ideally has experience studying or working in China to ensure a deep understanding of Chinese business culture and accounting standards.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel Expert: Mastery of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis is strictly required.
Proficient in local Philippine taxation and accounting software.
Experience: Must have a solid background in accounting and finance, specifically within a Filipino-Chinese business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing full-set accounting and financial reporting.
Bridging communication between Chinese management and local staff.
Ensuring accuracy in financial documentation and compliance with local regulations.
