What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduates of any degree or course, who have demonstrated strong academic performance (such as earning Latin Honors, being on the Dean’s List, or ranking in the top 25% of their class)
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

What You’ll Experience

• Cross-Functional Rotations: Gain deep exposure across key business units as you spend time embedded in teams such as Agency Sales, Data Science, Finance & Actuarial, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, Risk & Compliance, Legal, and Technology.
• Executive Mentorship: Receive direct guidance from senior leaders and business heads.
