What Youll Do

As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, develop, and support high-quality technical solutions that meet business requirements. You will participate in regression and project-related testing, maintain documentation, and provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotation basis. You will also collaborate with functional teams, improve processes, and lead development efforts when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into well-structured, efficient code
  • Provide 24/7 rotational on-call support for supported systems
  • Design and deliver high-quality technical solutions using .NET technologies
  • Interface with functional teams to improve processes and build new features
  • Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and programs
  • Create and manage unit test harnesses and test suites
  • Deliver solutions that align with functional and technical specifications
  • Debug and fix issues identified in existing applications
  • Break down large solutions into manageable modules
  • Lead and mentor junior developers
  • Participate in technical specification creation and design activities
  • Support and transfer knowledge to users, customers, and team members
  • Travel as needed for business requirements
