Full Stack Software Engineer Remote

We're looking for a freelance software engineer to support our project on an hourly basis.

We're building an order management system focused on SMEs in the Southeast Asia market, designed to make order replenishment simpler for retailers and suppliers. Our mission is to promote sustainability by reducing food and product wastage, improving operational efficiency, and lowering carbon emissions through optimized deliveries.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain backend services using Go
• Build and improve frontend components using React.js
• Implement features independently based on clear instructions
• Colaborate via GitHub for version control, pull requests, and code reviews
• Work closely with our team to deliver features and fixes in a timely manner
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with Go (Golang) for backend development
• Strong knowledge of React.js and modern frontend practices
• Comfortable with GitHub workflows (branches, pull requests, issues)
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly — this is a fully remote role
  
  

Nice To Have

• 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Experience with RESTful APIs or GraphQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Knowledge of SQL databases
  
  

As we're an early stage startup, the role is remote, and on a freelance/hourly basis for now. We're cool with flexible working hours, but reliable communication is a table-stake.
