Full Stack Developer

The Application Development Consultant (Full Stack Developer) is a well-seasoned Information Technology professional, able to apply system-wide responsibility to complex components of a project. The Consultant will work according to requirements that develop through joint efforts with the business process groups. The Consultant will often participate and contribute to the actual detail work of the specification. When work precedents are unclear, the Application Consultant should obtain advice from higher-level Information Technology associates. Consultants may guide or instruct lower-level staff members in project-related efforts and should provide value-added input at team meetings.

What Youll Do

• You analyze, design, and develop new processes, programs, and configurations, taking into account the complex interrelationship of system-wide components.
• You provide system-wide support and maintenance for a complex system or business process. You maintain and modify existing processes, programs, and configurations through the use of current Information Technology toolsets.
• You complete life-cycle testing (unit and integration) of all work processes, including cross-platform interaction.
• You troubleshoot, investigate, and persist. You develop solutions to problems with unknown causes where precedents do not exist by applying logic, inference, persistence, and experience to resolve issues. You confer with the stakeholder community on problem determination. You make joint analysis decisions on cause and correction methods. You perform tasks necessary to ensure data integrity and system stability.
• You write and maintain all documentation supporting your primary area of responsibility. This documentation may serve as input for management presentations or as training material for the stakeholder community and operations support group.
• You draw solutions from others and recommend courses of action while growing your understanding of company culture and business practices.
• You expand the use of current technologies and application design methodologies as they apply to Goodyear. You increase your breadth and depth of technical knowledge by expanding your knowledge base.
  
  

What Were Looking For

• You have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required. Equivalent work experience must include: 8 years general Information Technology experience; 1-3 years specific business process area experience.
• You have 6–8 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• You have advanced experience in React.js front-end development.
• You have strong back-end development expertise using Node.js and/or ASP.NET, .NET Core, and C#.
• You have strong database design and optimization experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• You have experience designing or supporting integrations and enterprise application components.
• You have a basic understanding of cloud platform concepts using AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• You are familiar with deploying, configuring, or supporting applications hosted in cloud environments.
• You are capable of working under broad supervision and interacting with user representatives on a regular basis.
• You are able to build, grow, and sustain customer relationships through the delivery of stable working solutions and consistent follow-up.
• You possess strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, and you have a proven track record of completing assignments accurately and on time.
• You actively participate as a team member, practice effective listening, and demonstrate strong collaboration skills.
• You achieve IT objectives using approved standards and guidelines, and you may recommend improvements when appropriate.
• You are amenable to report onsite 2x a week in BGC, Taguig City.
• You are willing to work on a mid-shift schedule.
