Full Stack Developer AU Offshore WFH

Schedule: Monday to Friday (6:00AM - 3:00PM PHT)

The developer will work within a small internal team to maintain and enhance the organizations digital platform—delivering new features, fixing bugs, improving performance, and supporting ongoing system upgrades.

The role covers web and mobile applications, cloud‑based services, and integrations with enterprise systems to ensure a reliable, scalable, and high‑performing platform.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience (Mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (Mandatory)
• Experience with modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Node.js (Mandatory)
• Experience developing REST APIs and building responsive web applications with UI/UX implementation.
• Backend development experience including API integration and scalable service design.
• Exposure to database systems such as MongoDB or SQL, and familiarity with monitoring/logging tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control.
• Experience working on enterprise level applications and mobile development (e.g., React Native) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
• Effective communicator and collaborator with an agile mindset and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and managing multiple priorities.
