Full Stack Developer AU Financial Services WFH

Schedule: Monday to Friday (7:00AM - 4:00PM PHT)

We are looking for a highly skilled MERN Full Stack Developer to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate has strong experience building scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, as well as a solid understanding of modern development practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying end-to-end solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences.

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency in:
• React.js, Redux/Context API
• Node.js & Express.js
• MongoDB & Mongoose
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with REST APIs, Git workflows, and Agile methodologies
• Understanding of security best practices (CORS, CSRF, OWASP principles)
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD tools
  

What will you do?

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive, interactive UI components using React.js, Redux/Context API, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Convert business requirements and UI/UX designs into working features
  
  

Backend Development

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Implement server-side logic, authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth), and data models
• Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and microservices
  
  

Database & Architecture

• Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries
• Manage database performance, indexes, and data migrations
• Contribute to application architecture decisions and best practices
  
  

DevOps & Deployment

• Deploy applications to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, or Heroku)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automation workflows
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability
  
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality releases
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack
