Job Summary

York Hamilton is a global talent agency specializing in connecting businesses with elite remote professionals in Legal, Finance, and Real Estate. We partner strategically with our clients to deliver scalable, cost-effective remote staffing solutions. 

As our business grows, we are looking for a talented Frontend UI Developer with experience in building user-friendly web interfaces to design, build, and maintain our website, service documentation forms, graphic assets, and other interface-related touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimise the York Hamilton website (marketing pages, service pages, landing pages) with a fast, accessible, and SEO-friendly front end.
• Code front-end features and digital assets according to design and functional specifications, applying strong UI/UX principles to create an intuitive and visually appealing user experience.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive service forms—including multi-step forms—and other documentation pages such as guides and knowledge base content.
• Develop and manage visual assets (icons, illustrations, banners) and reusable UI components (buttons, modals, cards, forms) that align with the brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations, to support content, campaigns, and platform improvements.
• Maintain documentation for UI components, patterns, and style guidelines, contributing to a consistent design system.
• Participate in agile processes such as sprint planning, code reviews, and other development ceremonies.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology or related majors
• 3-4+ years working as a Frontend Developer / UI Developer / Web Developer
• Proven experience building public-facing websites, internal web tools, and form-based UIs
• JavaScript (vanilla) + at least one modern framework/library (React, Vue, or Angular)
• Experience with CSS frameworks or component libraries (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap)
• Version control (Git)
• You have some experience in applying UI & UX principles in development work
• You are familiar with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
  
  

Nice to haves:

• Experience working in a staffing or recruitment firm, or the professional services industry
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO best practices from the front-end perspective
• Experience working on global or remote teams
