Freelance Video Editor Social Media Video Editor

The Role:

We are seeking a freelance Video Editor (full time hours preferred, though part-time considerd) to support our CEO with her personal brand ventures at a busy time.

The Lazy CEO is the personal brand of Australian fashion ecommerce business owner Jane Lu and we require a creative video editor to support the editing of content directly related to social media - namely Instagram and Tiktok.

Depending on skill level there may also be an opportunity for this role to grow to other content styles, though we are looking for a sense of creativity as well as the ability to cut and shape highly engaging video content!

Please note there is a task as part of the recruitment process to assess your style of editing!

Day to day, you will

• Work directly with the Senior Social Media and Brand Specialist of The Lazy CEO in editing and perfecting social media content
• Offer creative ideas where required, use refs and content provided to cut and shape engaging social media content
• Be a skillful user of video editing tools/software
• Have the ability to receive feedback and tailor content
  
  
  

Who are we looking for?

• Prior experience editing video content for social media
• Prior experience using various video editing tools and software
• A creative & can-do disposition
