What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• 5–10+ yrs FP&A, commercial finance or modelling.
• Strong Excel: driver-based models, 3-way forecasting, scenario analysis.
• Strong finance system skills, don’t mind which system, just show that you know your way around a major platform
• Excellent written English; can produce client-ready slides/emails.
• Comfortable working across multiple clients and deadlines.
• Proficient in Xero
• Prior exposure to Australian compliance concepts (GST, Superannuation etc
• Excellent Excel skills. Not just in formulas but in structure
• Excellent English
  
  

• Build and maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making
• Produce board-level reports with clear commentary and insights
• Reconcile and validate data across systems to ensure accuracy
• Improve finance processes to deliver reliable, decision-ready data
• Support ad-hoc commercial analysis in a fast-growing environment
