Job Description

FP&A Expert oversees complex CE Commercial FP&A processes, acting as a subject matter expert in pricing, margin management, tenders, and strategic financial planning. Leads development of financial models and business cases for high-value contracts, distributor agreements, and regional pricing strategies. Provides high-level insights to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions while ensuring sustainable profitability and growth.

Key Deliverables:

Strategic pricing models and investment evaluation reports.

Regional profitability reviews with recommendations to leadership.

Tasks:


  • Serve as authority in CE Commercial finance, advising leadership on pricing strategy, tenders, and profitability.
  • Influence business decisions with advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
  • Shape commercial finance strategy, contributing to global CE initiatives and long-term planning.
  • Provide financial leadership in high-stakes negotiations, tenders, and partnerships.
  • Develop and review complex deal models, ensuring commercial decisions are financially sound.
  • Lead design of financial planning tools and templates, driving consistency across regions.
  • Act as key advisor to CE Commercial executives, presenting insights and influencing strategy.
  • Champion automation and digital finance solutions (Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI).
  • Contribute to data governance and ensure compliance with finance and security standards.
  • Coach Senior Professionals and Specialists, developing future talent for leadership roles.
  • Drive adoption of emerging tools to enhance analytics, visualization, and reporting.
