Job Description
Teamified is hiring an AI-first software engineer to own the product's engineering end-to-end, serving as the technical owner of the AI Coach and related systems. You will report to a non-technical founder, plan your work, set direction, and ship quickly using AI-powered workflows.
You will own prompting, state management, retrieval (Pinecone), model evaluation, and safety layers, plus the backend (Python 3.12, FastAPI, GraphQL) and frontend (React Native, React).
