Join our Global Finance Services team and help ensure the accuracy, transparency, and reliability of financial reporting across ING's global operations.

Role Summary

As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will support critical accounting and reporting activities across ING's international banking business. You'll be responsible for financial reporting, regulatory reporting, reconciliations, month-end close activities, and maintaining high-quality financial controls.

This role offers exposure to global finance stakeholders and provides opportunities to contribute to process improvements that help drive efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

About the Team

Global Finance Services (GFS) is responsible for the centralized processing and reporting of accounting activities related to Financial Markets, Treasury, Lending, and Payment Services across ING Bank.

Working closely with colleagues in Manila and Amsterdam, you'll be part of a diverse and collaborative team that supports key financial processes while contributing to the continued growth and transformation of ING's global finance organization.

Required Skills

We're Looking For Professionals Who Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles
• Experience in accounting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, or general ledger activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working with international teams
  
  

It Would Be An Advantage If You Also Have

• CPA certification
• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Exposure to banking products, financial markets, or lending products
• Experience supporting UAT testing or finance transformation initiatives
  
  

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform accounting and general ledger activities
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Prepare financial, regulatory, and management reports
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and reporting issues
• Perform reconciliations and ensure reporting accuracy
• Create management information reports and dashboards
• Support regulatory and project-related reporting requirements
• Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls
• Partner with stakeholders across global finance teams to deliver reporting obligations on time
