Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial management, ideally in a leadership role
  • Professional certification (CPA, CA, CFA, or CMA) essential
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in aged care, NDIS, healthcare, or community services (highly desirable)
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and financial systems
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and confidentiality
  • A practical, hands-on leadership style with a “leader as coach” mindset

What will you do?

  • Overseeing day-to-day financial operations and supervising Accounts Assistants
  • Supporting budgeting, management reporting, KPI reporting, and financial analysis
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial statements and reconciliations
  • Managing cash flow, debtors, credit cards, fixed assets, and loan registers
  • Ensuring compliance with PAYG, GST, FBT, payroll tax, superannuation, and funding requirements
  • Coordinating audits and liaising with external accountants and auditors
  • Managing reconciliations across systems, funders, and government portals (including NDIS and aged care funding)
  • Improving financial systems, processes, and controls
  • Leading, coaching, and developing the finance team
