Monthly Sales Reconciliation

• Monthly sales reconciliation with all Qoala Philippines business partners nationwide.
• Monthly issuance of Sales Invoices to partners, accurately and on time.
• Ensure invoice details align with reconciled sales data and agreed commercial terms.
• In cases where there is a discrepancy and there is a need to issue invoice before the reconciliation is cleared out, consistently following up the outstanding reconciliation issues.
  
  

• Monthly check payment pick-up from partner.
• Monitor online payments and ensure proper matching against issued invoices.
• Follow up on overdue payments and escalate issues when necessary.
  
  

• Reconciliation status.
• Collection progress.
• Outstanding or disputed transactions.
  
  

• Monitoring of Premium Payments from dealers.
• Track premium payments due to Insurance Partners.
• Coordination with Loft Finance for any finance or tax-related matters (must be properly aligned with the Indonesia Finance Team).
  
  

• Work closely with Loft Finance on finance- and tax-related matters.
• Ensure full alignment with the Indonesia Finance Team on reporting, treatment, and compliance requirements.
  
  

• Qualifications: College graduate of any business or marketing course with at least one (1) year of reconciling/invoicing experience.
• Location: Metro Manila (ideally near Mandaluyong City or San Juan City).
• Schedule: Mondays to Fridays.
