About The Role

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's financial health and ensuring smooth and compliant human resource and administrative operations.

This dual-role position requires a detail-oriented and strategic leader who can manage budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and statements for management and regulatory compliance.

Manage payroll processing in coordination with HR and external providers.

Monitor and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Coordinate audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting with external accountants or government agencies.

Manage relationships with banks, vendors, and other financial institutions.

Reports To: VP/ Chief Operating Officer / Managing Director / President

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial finance role.

Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.

Proficient in financial systems, HRIS, and office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, SAP).

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.

High attention to detail, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.

CPA is an advantage.

Experience in a dynamic or startup environment.
