We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Finance Lead to join our team in the Philippines. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading the full financial operations of the country, contributing to our ongoing success and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Management & Financial Oversight
Lead and guide the organization in the preparation of budget revenue, gross margins, overheads, PBITA, and CAPEX; forecast and report company financial statements on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Plan, develop, and implement tax strategies to reduce tax liabilities and optimize cash flows; oversee cost proposal development, profit analysis, and treasury functions.
Work hand in hand with the President and Regional Office on major financial issues and companywide strategies; keep Senior Management apprised of all significant financial developments and attend joint venture meetings as necessary.
Coordinate with Company Managers and Senior Management to control overheads and expenditures in line with budgetary requirements; maintain productive relationships with external stakeholders including banks, auditors, lawyers, and BIR.
Compliance & Internal Controls (SOX)
Champion SOX compliance for Brink’s Philippines: ensure appropriate documentation is in place, engage and educate staff on the SOX framework, drive a robust control environment across the business, and liaise with the Regional SOX Team to continually strengthen controls.
Customer Service & Continuous Improvement
Respond to clients’ requests and inquiries; coordinate problem resolution and follow-up on all service-related issues; ensure requests and complaints are managed and documented.
Ensure the organization is well positioned in a rapidly evolving environment by being an agent for ongoing change; foresee future financial difficulties and proactively implement countermeasures.
Preferred Qualifications
CPA license required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in finance and accounting, with a strong understanding of financial management, reporting, budgeting, and controls.
Proven experience leading and managing a finance team of 30–40 employees, including Finance Controllers, Finance Managers, Admin Managers, and Procurement Managers.
Knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls frameworks, BIR regulations, DOLE rules, and applicable Philippine laws.
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, treasury management, tax planning, cost analysis, and business performance reporting.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, decisiveness, and people management capability; able to translate business objectives into actionable financial strategies.
Proficiency in financial systems and MS Office (Excel, Word); strong attention to detail, planning, and organizing skills.

Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel domestically (occasional visits to local branches) and internationally to represent Brink’s Philippines as required.
