Job Description
- Lead and develop a high performing finance function, ensuring strong engagement and results within the team.
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic business goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise business performance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the internal stakeholders in the Philippines & globally for informed decision-making.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies.
A Successful Finance Director Should Have
- Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- 10-15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a senior finance role
- Experience in emerging markets
- Background in FMCG is preferred, ideally in companies with large general trade organisations
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of local legislation and treasury management
- Exposure to multiple functions including manufacturing, supply & commercial
- Highly competitive overall compensation & benefits structure, with STI & LTI ensuring short & long term financial growth / stability.
- High potential for career progression through international assignments in Europe / APAC / North America.
