FINANCE COORDINATOR (ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE)

Job Purpose
INA Prime Solutions is our BPO line of business in Manila, PH at Goway Travel Ltd. Our mission is to empower businesses through seamless outsourcing solutions, leveraging skilled workforce to drive operational excellence and client success.
As a key member of the Accounts department, you will be responsible for managing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy in account reconciliations, and maintaining financial records to support the client’s financial health.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Accounts Receivable Management
- Oversee the end-to-end invoicing process for agents, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Track incoming payments and manage the status of each account.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collection and resolve any payment issues.
Accounts Discrepancy Resolution
- Investigate discrepancies between invoices, payments, and credit notes.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to clarify and resolve any mismatches or errors.
- Document discrepancy issues and follow through to resolution to maintain account accuracy.
Accounts Reconciliation
- Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly bank statements with the company’s accounting records.
- Ensure all payments, refunds, and adjustments are accurately reflected in financial statements.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies to keep accounting records current and error-free.
Accounts Credit Recovery Process
- Implement and manage structured processes to recover credits owed, such as those due to overpayments, product returns, or pricing adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of all credit recovery transactions and ensure timely follow-up for unresolved credits.
- Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure effective credit recovery strategies are in place.
What are we looking for?
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelors or a College Degree in Accounting;
- Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiarity with accounting systems and tools is an advantage.
- Must work well independently in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal & written English communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Strong prioritization skills in order to meet established deadlines
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in efficient time management and adept task prioritization
- Ability to conduct internet research with demonstrated computer skills
- Highly detail oriented with an ability to concentrate for an extended period of time
