IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR: VP and General Manager

Monday to Friday work schedule

Must Have Experience Working In a Logistics Company.

Preferably MBA grad

Primary Function

Oversees the Finance & Accounting Department, reporting directly to the Vice President & General Manager and President.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage finance and accounting operations, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise staff performance and ensure timely, accurate outputs.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, payroll, financial reports, and company funds.
• Coordinate audits and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and government reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments and represent the company in external financial matters.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of Finance & Accounting experience, including 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the Freight Forwarding industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
