Business & strategic planning

• Assist in building, maintaining, and constantly updating a rolling medium-term end-to-end financial forecast in coordination with various stakeholders
• Work closely with various business units and budget/finance/treasury to incorporate strategic goals and targets into the budget and financial planning process
  
  
  

M&A-related activities

• Build financial model to support valuation
• Develop optimal M&A structures
• Assist in due diligence activities
  
  
  

Corporate finance support

• Regular review and update of WACC
• Capital structure review
• Support Treasury in developing cash plan and funding plan
  
  
  

Market and Competitive Intelligence

• Conduct industry research and competitive benchmarking on a regular basis to assist senior management in decision-making
• Track and analyze competitor performance and major moves/initiatives. Ability to spot industry trends and draw insights is essential
• Prepares ad hoc analyses and reports as needed
