We’re looking for talented editors and creatives who can run series-led “fan pages” (or owned pages) for an independent pop artist.
These can be creator-driven, editing-driven, or hook-driven.
The primary POV we are exploring is the intern POV — a snarky intern who promotes the artist because the artist refuses to post herself. The intern’s voice is chronically online, self-aware, and severely unhinged.
What You’ll Do
Post several times daily across fan pages
Build engagement through captions, comments, and trends
Maintain the fan page’s aesthetic and voice
Track growth and pitch fresh content ideas
What We’re Looking For
Strong knowledge of TikTok/Instagram/YouTube trends
This type of content involves filming oneself so that the POV feels realistic (showing one’s face and/or voice is optional).
Day X of copying my boss’s music videos until she notices
Day X of promoting my boss’s music in public bathrooms until I get caught
Day X of writing letters to inmates using only my boss’s lyrics
Day X of drawing my favorite artist until she hires me for her album artwork
Editing-Driven Content
This type of content uses editing of existing content to create a standard template for a recurring series.
Day X of replacing my boss’s face with X until she notices
(Note: X can be a famous person, DJ, or influencer — ideally someone chronically online. This would most likely use a horizontal music video clip as the asset.)
Day X of translating my boss’s lyrics into “Chinese”
(Note: The translation is intentionally wrong — that’s the joke. This would most likely use a horizontal music video clip as the asset. Any language could be used.)
Day X of shipping my boss with X (so I can get backstage passes)
(Note: X should be a famous artist or celebrity. This is framed as shipping/parody, not real gossip.)
Hook-Driven Content
This type of content involves adding a simple but scroll-worthy hook on top of existing content.
Horizontal music video clip with copy above, for example:
Day X of trying to get X to remix my boss’s song (so I can meet booth baddies)
(Note: X should be a famous DJ — ideally someone chronically online.)
Day X of trying to convince my sister’s favorite artist to perform at her wedding
BTS clip with copy on top, for example:
Watch my boss X
(Note: X should be something where the intern is roasting the boss.)
To Apply:
Pitch 3 series ideas in the “Day X of…” format (do not use the examples above).
Your three ideas should include:
1 organically shot / creator-driven series
1 editing-driven series
1 hook-driven series
Two of the three should be written from the snarky intern POV, and one can be from another POV (fan, hater, or any perspective of your choice).
We’re evaluating concept, originality, and POV clarity.
