Job Description
- Own & develop your assigned industry & functional specialism, establishing an extensive network of the senior management and executive leaders in the space
- Partner with customers to find the best talent in the market for their business & provide people and business focused solutions
- Provide value-add market insights & consult on a variety of people related topics such as DE&I, ESG, the future work, company culture
- Build new relationships & maximise existing partnerships
- Ensure a well-managed recruitment process, maintaining excellent standards & customer service to both candidates and clients
- Develop and mentor new consultants as the company continues to grow
- Passionate about people and business

- Proven track record of achievement
- Background in a customer facing role, a business development position or executive search
