    • Draft and proofread responses with impeccable grammar and tone; send on behalf of the CEO with approval
    • Read and transcribe dictated responses while the CEO is traveling or driving
    • Alert the CEO to urgent emails and follow through on pending items
    • Unsubscribe from irrelevant lists and ensure professional correspondence standards
