Estimator AU Construction WFH

Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects, including materials, labour, and equipment costs.
• Analyse project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify all necessary components and accurately quantify required resources.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure estimates align with project requirements and budgets.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of materials, labour, and equipment pricing.
• Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals.
• Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to the project management team.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings to clarify project details and address estimating concerns.
  
  

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Estimator in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, labour, and equipment pricing.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in project data.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to use Blue Beam REVU or willing to learn.
• Knowledge/Understanding of Civil & Commercial Projects.
