Job Description
Achieve annual sales quota and negotiate enterprise-wide agreements.
Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, and partner ecosystem collaboration.
Develop and maintain C-level relationships to position the company as a strategic partner.
Coordinate and lead all sales activities, including demos, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Ensure proposed solutions leverage the companys strengths and can be implemented successfully.
Analyze customer business situations to identify constraints and opportunities for digital transformation.
Manage complex sales cycles and work cross-functionally with presales, engineering, and support teams.
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline effectively.
The Successful Applicant
5-10+ years selling enterprise software, SaaS, or CCaaS solutions.Proven success in portfolio sales and managing large, complex accounts.
Experience with Conversational AI, Digital Transformation, and CX solutions is a plus.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for C-level engagement.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
