Job Description

  • Achieve annual sales quota and negotiate enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, and partner ecosystem collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain C-level relationships to position the company as a strategic partner.
  • Coordinate and lead all sales activities, including demos, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Ensure proposed solutions leverage the companys strengths and can be implemented successfully.
  • Analyze customer business situations to identify constraints and opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and work cross-functionally with presales, engineering, and support teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline effectively.


The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years selling enterprise software, SaaS, or CCaaS solutions.Proven success in portfolio sales and managing large, complex accounts.
  • Experience with Conversational AI, Digital Transformation, and CX solutions is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for C-level engagement.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
