Job Description

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to support daily operations.
Assist in facility upkeep, including minor repairs and equipment checks.
Operate and maintain utility equipment following safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and service quality.
Adhere to company policies and contribute to Phil-FIRST Human Resources and Services Inc.s commitment to excellence in the HR & Recruitment sector.
Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree from a recognized institution. Electrical Maintenance, NC2 holder, TESDA graduate
Experience Level: Candidates with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply, however fresh graduates may be considered.
Skills and Competencies: Basic knowledge in electrical systems, especially within a hotel environment, is a significant advantage. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in equipment maintenance and utility management.
Responsibilities and Duties: Perform routine maintenance tasks, respond to utility failures, ensure the operational efficiency of electrical systems, and follow safety protocols diligently.
Working Conditions: The role requires flexibility in hours, including evenings and weekends, and may involve working in various environmental conditions within the hotel premises.
Qualities and Traits: We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, able to work independently, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
