E-Commerce Video Editor

Full-time | Remote | 6-Month Contract

We’re seeking a creative and performance-driven E-Commerce Video Editor to join a fast-growing online brand. This role is all about producing high-converting ad creatives that sell. You’ll work closely with the founders to craft short-form video ads that capture attention, engage audiences, and deliver measurable returns on ad spend (ROAS).

If you know how to turn raw footage into content that stops the scroll and drives clicks, this one’s for you.

What You’ll Do

• Edit and produce engaging e-commerce ad videos using provided footage and B-roll.
• Build multiple ad variations designed to test and optimize ROAS.
• Apply best practices in pacing, hooks, and storytelling for online sales.
• Collaborate directly with founders to align creative direction with campaign goals.
• Continuously refine edits based on performance data and feedback.
  
  

• Proven experience as an e-commerce video editor (ads for Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating ad creatives that achieved real ROAS improvements.
• Solid understanding of ad structure, buyer psychology, and conversion-focused content.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Software Requirement: Video Editing Software, 11Lab, E-Commerce Platform, Google Drive, Sharepoint
• Full-time availability and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
