About The Role

We are seeking a disciplined, results-driven Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) to design and execute scalable GTM strategies for our AI-powered dental solutions. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own growth, revenue, and partner enablement across both product-led and enterprise motions.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Acquisition & Partnerships: Lead lab and dentist acquisition through PLG (product-led growth) and enterprise sales motions; build strategic partner programs
  • Revenue & Demand Generation: Oversee demand generation, outbound campaigns, and RevOps; manage CAC, NRR, and GRR metrics to ensure scalable growth
  • GTM Alignment: Partner with product and operations teams to align GTM strategies with product roadmaps and operational capabilities
  • Enablement & Playbooks: Develop and maintain sales playbooks, tooling, and training programs to empower reps and accelerate revenue growth
  • Metrics-Driven Leadership: Monitor KPIs, pipeline, and business performance, ensuring decisions are backed by data and aligned with growth objectives

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven track record delivering ARR growth with pipeline visibility and CAC/payback discipline
  • Experience running PLG loops and enterprise sales playbooks in SaaS environments
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and funnel analytics

  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
