Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)
What will you do?
As a member of the marketing team, you’ll work to ensure that all businesses see value in their chosen service plan through cultivating trusting relationships, championing the growth of the Loan Market brand, and finding innovative ways to find and keep clients. You’ll be committed to delivering a 5-star marketing experience to brokers who use our digital marketing solutions - particularly marketing automation solutions, NPS surveys and lead generation funnels. You will be responsible for implementing digital solutions, helping deliver broker requests and reporting on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfilment of the following digital solutions: ○ Stay in Touch ○ Nurture ○ Active Pipe ○ Reviewr ○ My Lead Generator ○ Plus any others as required
Responsible for investigating any bugs or issues that are raised for the solutions you’re responsible for (see above) and liaising with tech teams, brokers and the broader marketing to get them revolved and keep stakeholders informed
Setting up digital platforms when a Loan Market business is given a new business name - this entails activities such as website edits, email platform updates, collaboration with our IT team and social media updates.
Creation and delivery of Loan Market’s monthly newsletter - including uploading blogs to our CMS platform
Support with the implementation of ad-hoc digital projects (e.g. customised website delivery project, diversified website upgrades, privacy policy updates)
Data collation for monthly PB and Milestones plus any other requirements from he business for marketing data
Ad-hoc social media posting support (e.g. RBA update and other time-sensitive posts)
Allocation of broker requests to the broader team through our ticketing platform
Timely resolution of broker marketing requests that are sent to our shared inbox - such as (but not limited to). briefing design to create new assets, editing content in Canva, building email campaigns in ActivePipe and more.
KPIs
Broker marketing requests are acknowledged within 4 hours and resolved within the relevant SLA
Accurate and timely delivery of Loan Markets monthly email newsletter
Business names are set up within 4 days of being briefed
Accurately and timely allocation of broker requests
Accurately and timely delivery of ad hoc digital projects
