Digital Marketing Specialist US Real Estate Industry WFH

Schedule: 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM PH Time

Salary: P60,000 - P70,000

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will own and execute marketing initiatives across several brands. This includes brand development, content creation, campaign management, design, marketing operations, and the use of AI and automation tools to increase efficiency and output.

The ideal candidate blends creativity with technical skill, is comfortable owning projects end-to-end, and can collaborate with freelancers or third-party providers when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Content Development

• Strengthen and develop brand identity across multiple companies and markets
• Create content strategies for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns
• Produce high-quality short-form and long-form content
• Manage social media calendars, copywriting, and posting across platforms
• Develop ad creatives and campaign assets
  
  

Campaign & Digital Execution

• Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and manage landing pages, funnels, and lead generation workflows
• Analyze performance metrics and propose data-driven improvements
  
  

Design & Creative

• Produce competent visual assets and marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe
• Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and communications
  
  

Technical & Automation

• Bring a technical mindset to marketing operations
• Leverage AI tools efficiently and understand their underlying concepts
• Build workflows and process automations to improve output and reduce manual work
• Collaborate with web developers or, when possible, implement basic website updates
  
  

Project Ownership

• Manage marketing initiatives end-to-end, even when involving freelancers or agencies
• Work directly with the owner to determine priorities and execute with minimal supervision
• Coordinate outsourced deliverables and ensure quality control
• Be proactive in identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and taking initiative
  
  

Required Qualifications

Marketing & Creative

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management
• Proven ability to manage and grow brands
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for both short-form and long-form content
• Competent graphic design skills and the ability to develop clean, on-brand creatives
  
  

Technical Background

• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Web Development, or a related technical field (preferred, not mandatory)
• Ability to understand technical systems, build automations, and work with modern marketing tools
  
  

AI & Automation

• Familiarity with AI tools for content, automation, and workflow management
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and evaluate new AI tools
• Understanding of how AI works at a high level (LLMs, prompts, workflows, etc.)
  
  

Soft Skills & Mindset

• Highly independent and self-sufficient
• Resourceful, solution-oriented, and proactive
• Ambitious with a "get-it-done" mentality
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent English communication skills
  
  

Preferred Experience

(Not required, but a plus)

• Experience managing freelancers or third-party marketing agencies
• Understanding of commercial real estate or service-based industries
• Basic web development skills or CMS experience (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
• Experience building marketing automation sequences
