What are we looking for?
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or marketing support roles.
- Experience in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as:
- Email marketing platforms (e.g., ActivePipe, Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, similar systems)
- Social media platforms and scheduling tools
- Basic design/editing skills (e.g., Canva)
- Experience handling marketing automation tools, customer nurture systems, or CRM-related tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal with the ability to liaise effectively with brokers, internal teams, and tech departments.
- Other Desirable Skills
- Experience supporting marketing operations within a franchise, multi-office, or broker network environment (preferred but not required).
What will you do?
- Fulfilment of the following digital solutions:
○ Stay in Touch / Nurture / Active Pipe /Reviewer /My Lead Generator and Plus any others as required
- Responsible for investigating any bugs or issues that are raised for the
solutions you’re responsible for (see above) and liaising with tech teams,
brokers and the broader marketing to get them revolved and keep
stakeholders informed
- Setting up digital platforms such as website edits, email platform
updates, collaboration with our IT team and social media updates.
- Creation of monthly newsletter - including uploading blogs to our CMS platform
- Support with the implementation of ad-hoc digital projects (e.g. customised
website delivery project, diversified website upgrades, privacy policy updates)
- Ad-hoc social media posting support (e.g. RBA update and other time-sensitive posts)
- Allocation of broker requests to the broader team through our ticketing
platform
- Timely resolution of broker marketing requests that are sent to our shared
inbox - such as (but not limited to). briefing design to create new assets,
editing content in Canva, building email campaigns in ActivePipe and more
