We’re expanding our cloud team and are seeking a DevOps Engineer to play a key role in strengthening our digital infrastructure.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the design and implementation of robust security solutions that protect our organisation from cyber threats. You’ll proactively identify vulnerabilities, mitigate risks, and enhance our overall security posture through continuous monitoring, incident response, and alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Collaboration is central—you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stay ahead of emerging technologies to help build a resilient, secure environment that fosters trust and confidence in our cloud ecosystem.

A Little About You...

• Collaborate with Software Development teams, Product Managers to ensure smooth deployment and operation of systems
• Develop tooling and clear documentation
• Work to expand our CI/CD pipeline to increase the level of automation in our release workflow
• Manage cloud service operations, ensure cloud production systems are up and running, with processes and alert systems to manage down time
• Design and evolve real time monitoring and metrics capabilities to greatly enhance ability to monitor growing install base
• Organise infrastructure to ensure robust business continuity (backups, etc)
• Be vigilant and fix potential security and availability issues.
• Work as part of an agile, cross-functional engineering team
  
  

• Previous working experience as a DevOps Engineer or Cloud engineer
• Working knowledge with AWS or Azure
• Experience in using configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef or Puppet
• Experience in scripting languages Powershell & Bash
• Understanding of network protocols, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and security best practices
• Experience in deploying and configuring application or web servers on virtual machines. E.g. Linux, Tomcat, Windows Server, IIS
• Experience with Octopus Deploy and Team City (Desirable)
• Knowledge of monitoring, log aggregation, and visualization tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Loki
• Working knowledge of Windows Servers and IIS
