What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, demand generation, or another related field, with a focus on B2B marketing preferred. Experience with the financial services space would be ideal.
  • Proven track record of successful email campaigns, with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
  • Highly proficient in email marketing platforms (Hubspot).
  • Experience with email automation, sequences, segmentation, working with data, and other best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, metrics, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.

What will you do?

  • Email Campaign Creation & Management: Design, build, and manage email campaigns targeting key customer segments in the financial services industry. Ensure each campaign is optimized for the specific audience to ensure lead generation, engagement, and conversion.
  • Audience Segmentation / Account Based Marketing: Utilize data insights to segment email lists and tailor messaging to different personas (ABM).
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, CTAs, links, and designs to optimize email performance and increase open and click-through rates. Keep track of what works and iterate on successes.
  • Automation & Nurturing: Implement email automation workflows to nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely and effective follow-up at each stage of the buyers journey.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Use insights to refine strategies and optimize upcoming email campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to align messaging and ensure consistency across all touchpoints in the customer journey.
