Position Title: Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

• Acts as the Project Manager & Technical Architect for project activities within ITG scope
• Serves as the facilitator for Agile or Waterfall development teams to ensure timely end-to-end project delivery
• Directs development of the continuous delivery pipeline to improve delivery speed, quality and effort

Role Exposure:

• Be a change agent by leading creation of an effective project strategy, building an airtight project plan, and driving daily activities
• Develop strong interpersonal and customer service skills by building long-term and strategic partnerships with the business units and technical teams
• Enhance your analytical and problem-solving skills by assessing and resolving technical issues

Qualifications:

• With at least 10 years experience in delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle
• Strong project planning and progress monitoring including budget and milestone control
• Must be a creative problem solver; able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism
• With excellent leadership skills; can handle operational issues
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and presentation skills
