Delivery Manager Scrum Master

We’re hiring a Delivery Manager (Scrum Master) to lead end-to-end delivery of a cloud-native enterprise modernisation programme.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retros)
• Driving sprint delivery, velocity, and continuous improvement
• Owning delivery plans, milestones, and release timelines
• Managing risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
• Reporting progress, risks, and updates to senior stakeholders
• Ensuring governance, quality controls, and release readiness

What we’re looking for:

• 7–10+ years in project management and agile delivery
• Experience as both Agile PM and Scrum Master
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management
• Enterprise or system modernisation project experience
• Confident with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence or similar)

🕒 Must be comfortable working UK hours
