Delivery Associate - Core Banking Systems

Oradian is looking for high-potential early-career professionals to join our Delivery organization and gain cross-functional exposure across customer operations, workflow optimization, and implementation within a global banking technology company. This is a high-exposure role designed for individuals who want to build strong operational, analytical, and customer-facing capabilities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will work directly with experienced Delivery professionals supporting:

• Banks
• Microfinance institutions
• Fintechs
• Digital lenders

across multiple international markets. Unlike traditional entry-level roles focused on a single function, this role provides broad exposure to how financial technology platforms are implemented, supported, and optimized in practice.

What You’ll Do

You will support different areas of the Delivery organization and gradually build understanding across:

• Customer operations
• Support
• Workflow optimization
• Implementation activities

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting customers in day-to-day operational usage of the platform
• Working on real customer issues and operational challenges
• Participating in workflow reviews and operational improvement initiatives
• Supporting implementation and delivery activities for new and existing customers
• Assisting with system configuration and operational setup activities
• Participating in customer meetings, workshops, and internal discussions
• Collaborating with Support, Product Adoption, and Implementation teams
• Learning how Core Banking Systems support financial institutions in practice
• Contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

About You

• 2–3 years of professional experience
