Support Underwriting Workbench Initiatives by creating and executing test models to processes and system applications, providing recommendations for improvement, and implementing procedural changes to ensure solutions align with organizational objectives, regulatory standards, and business needs
Primary Responsibilities
Function as GSSC exception center by populating data into Underwriting Workbench, validate tool functionality, and identify testing defects
Complete system and procedure performance testing by evaluating process effectiveness, investigating source of defects and inefficiencies, and providing recommendations for improvement to ensure successful integration of procedure updates
Collaborate with key stakeholders by escalating issues as necessary and sharing best practices to ensure alignment of updates with desired outcomes
Manage assigned projects in designated area of responsibility by prioritizing tasks and adhering to deadlines to meet department objectives and individual performance metrics
Build and enhance individual development and skill set by seeking educational opportunities, participating in available training, and be able to train others when scope is extended to other products
Analyze various document types and the contents to identify the similarities and differences
Configure System (ABBY Flexi Capture) to increase the accuracy of extracting values from documents
Collaborate with development team in day today scrum ceremonies Required Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Required Experience
