Location / Shift OfficeFlex, Morning Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description The Data & Reporting Analyst identifies requirements and designs and implements reporting systems and views that help guide Noggin’s decision making and improve our understanding of performance. The role is responsible for managing data integrity, building pivots and dashboards, and for working with different parts of the business to ensure that the processes that are in place to capture and validate data are integrous. The Data & Reporting Analyst needs to communicate clearly, structure up work and deliverables, and to be comfortable using both logic and creative thinking to solve diverse business problems. Key Responsibilities:

    • Create reports and develop tools and processes to automate reports.
    • Analyse large amounts of data relating to sales, customers or financial performance.
    • Use Structured Query Language (SQL) and other coding languages to extract data and produce views.
    • Build reports that are aligned with business objectives and key performance indicators.
    • Collaborate with other business areas and leaders to identify reporting needs.
    • Assess existing databases and create processes for storage of new data.
    • Undertake regular reviews of key data to ensure views remain accurate as time passes.
    • Maintain some sources manually, as parts of the business change (such as sales /CS hires and terminations, quotas, ARR targets etc.).
    • Export data from reporting tool to produce weekly, monthly and quarterly snapshots for the purpose of supporting functional reporting.
Requirments:

    • Entry level experience working in an analyst role in a relevant industry
    • Experience working with BI Tools (such as Zoho Analytics, Power BI etc.)
    • Superior excel skills, particularly pivot production and formulae and views to support data checks and balances
    • The team member will work in JIRA to collaborate with others, with Box file storage, with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoho Analytics.
