Data Encoder

The Data Encoder Shall Have The Following Qualifications

Formal secretarial education or the equivalent training and working experience;

A good command of the English language;

Organisational skills

Proficiency in using crewing software and relevant data management systems

Familiarity with the Adonis HR Crewing System is an advantage.

Typing / computer knowledge.

Job Description

The Data Encoder is responsible for:

Following up on general correspondence;

Maintaining records of crew documents in the company designated Data system;

Maintaining other records and details in the company designated Data system;

Communicate with crewing sources and agencies to obtain required documents for processing in the computerised system;

Being adequately conversant with the Company’s Management System;

Implementing effectively the Company’s Management System;

Contributing to the development of new or the amendment of existing procedures;

Promoting and supporting efforts for continual improvement;

Familiarity with the Adonis HR Crewing System is an advantage.

Any other special tasks as may be assigned.
