3+ years of experience in delivery coordination, project coordination, or business analysis roles within Data & Analytics environments
Solid understanding of data and analytics concepts including data warehousing, BI reporting, data pipelines, and ETL processes
Proven experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements for BI and analytics deliverables
Hands-on experience working within Agile or Scrum frameworks in data-focused teams
Strong organisational skills with the ability to track progress, manage backlogs, and drive delivery to deadlines
Excellent communication skills for working with both technical teams and business stakeholders
Strong attention to detail with a proactive, follow-through mindset
Ability to work AEST business hours and observe Australian public holidays
Nice-to-Haves
Familiarity with Shape Up methodology (Basecamps approach to shaping, betting, and delivery cycles)
Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, or similar modern data platforms
Experience using or supporting Power BI (developer or advanced user level)
Experience using structured requirements frameworks such as CPQQRT or similar
Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master, CBAP, or PMP
Experience working with Australian clients or offshore / remote delivery teams
What Youll Do
As a Data Delivery Coordinator, you will play a critical execution-focused role within a data transformation programme. You will coordinate delivery across Fabric Data Engineers and Power BI Analysts, ensure requirements are clear and standards are followed, and keep data products moving from initiation through to go-live. This role is highly hands-on, delivery-driven, and focused on outcomes rather than strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Coordination
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of data products and BI solutions from kick-off to production release
Track progress, follow up on actions, and hold team members accountable to delivery commitments
Facilitate agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Identify risks and blockers early, escalating issues before they impact delivery timelines
Maintain delivery backlogs, project documentation, and clear status reporting
Business Analysis & Requirements
Gather, structure, and document requirements using the CPQQRT framework (Context, Purpose, Quality, Quantity, Resources, Time)
Ensure BI dashboards and reporting requirements align with agreed templates and delivery standards
Work with stakeholders to clarify scope, priorities, acceptance criteria, and delivery expectations
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical data team members
Team & Stakeholder Support
Support Fabric Data Engineers and Power BI Analysts with clear priorities and well-defined requirements
Coordinate closely with the Australia-based AI & Analytics Lead on progress, risks, and delivery status
Ensure alignment between business needs and technical execution throughout the delivery lifecycle
