You Will Be Responsible For The Following

• Drives the shared vision and objectives on the use of data and AI in the assigned business Unit building strategic relationships with the unit’s key pillars to achieve their business goals.
• Responsible for guiding customers through the successful adoption and implementation of Data and AI solutions.
• Works closely with their assigned business/enabling units to understand their business needs, providing technical expertise, and ensuring that they achieve their desired outcomes with the company's Data and AI products.
• Design initiatives, programs and products with the function leads and cross functional teams (Tribes) to enable the organization to realize the optimal business value derivable from the organization’s Data and AI assets.
• Promotes Gcash’s Data and AI strategy, fosters a culture of compliance to data privacy regulations and Data and AI Governance Framework
• Accountable for the quality, accessibility, analysis and management of data outputs that drive innovations, actionable intelligence and tangible value to their assigned business unit.
  
  
  

We Are Looking For

• Highly skilled in influencing and engaging stakeholders to secure their buy-in and support.
• Strong business acumen, to effectively identify the value of Data and AI in the business context.
• Must understand the key operational metrics of their assigned business unit, and their impact on profit and loss,revenue, customer retention, and so on.
• General technical fluency – understanding in quantitative analytics and structured problem solving.
• May have a formal STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) background or self-taught knowledge in a STEM field.
• A mastery of process-management skills -- should be able to direct an analytics initiative from ideation through production and adoption and understand the life cycle of an analytics initiative and the common pitfalls.
• Entrepreneurial mind-set -- enthusiasm, commitment, and business savvy to navigate potential technical, and organizational roadblocks that may emerge.
