Customer Service Representative NZ HVAC Solutions Hybrid

Salary: P35,000 - P50,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (04:00 AM-01:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• 2–3 years’ experience in a customer service role
• SAP experience (essential)
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems.
• Experience in structured, process-driven office environments.
• Exposure to construction, hvac, or blue-collar industries (Essential).
  
  

• Deliver a world-class customer experience by being empathetic, knowledgeable, and solution-focused
• Process warranty claims, returns, credits, and sales orders in line with service level agreements
• Provide exceptional phone and email support to internal and external stakeholders
• Manage claims and warranty data using SAP and internal warranty systems
• Monitor back orders, forward orders, and open returns to ensure smooth order flow
• Process quotes, including airfreight quotes, accurately and efficiently
• Escalate warranty issues when required in line with company procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer enquiries in collaboration with internal teams
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, environmental policies, and WH&S requirements
