Showpo is seeking a Customer Happiness Officer in Metro Manila to be the voice of the customer across chat, phone, social, and email channels. You will drive world-class service, monitor delivery enquiries, and collaborate with warehouse teams to maintain service levels.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer experience, exceptional English, and experience with CRM platforms such as Zendesk. Flexible, autonomous, and team-oriented, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced online fashion retailer.
